Who you gonna call?
Hi Guys!
We are back on the road leaving La Crosse, WI...THANK GOD. We arrived late last night and Jarred and Sammy left me and Fuzz in the hotel room to watch their stuff while they got dinner. You probably won't believe this, but the room was totally haunted...for real. It's a good thing Jarred and Sammy have me around; I stayed up all night long and kept all those ghosts away. I found that scratching the front door of the room and then running to the window and staring the ghosts down was pretty effective. I do not get paid enough for this job.
We are now driving across Minnesota on our way to Rapid City, South Dakota where there are hopefully no further spirit encounters. I'm exhausted and going to take a nap. Jarred promises he'll write about our time in Chicago real soon.
Bye!

Observations from Cedar Point
Hello from the road! We are on our way to Chicago. We had a great day yesterday at Cedar Point. We road lots of coaster including Millennium Force ( which we rode twice). Here are some observations we made while at the park:
1. We are old. Approximately 90% of park goers were between the ages of 14 and 18.
2. High schoolers are really obnoxious.
3. If you have a job (i.e. you are not in high school) and don't want to wait in long lines with obnoxious teens, buy the "fast lane" pass. With this pass you can cut lines at all of the major attractions. It saved us lots of hours and more importantly lots of aggravation. $100 extremely well spent.
4. Dippin' Dots are yummy at any age.
5. Sunscreen your feet.
6. There's a reason the lines are very short at the older wooden coasters. They give you a headache.
Even though we felt old, were surrounded by teens and had burned our feet, we had a really terrific day at Cedar Point. The weather was perfect, just hot enough to enjoy getting soaked in the log flume. We rode lots of coasters and ate all the amusement park food we could handle. Great success!
Pictures forthcoming!

Hey world, this is Oliver!
It's my very first blog post and
I'm soooooo excited!!!! Me and Jarred and Sammy and Fuzz have moved from our
apartment in Astoria into a hotel room in Westchester and there are so many new
things for me to explore. It was a little disorienting at first, but I’m
getting used to things now. I’ve spent the past few days finding new hiding
spots, playing with a new toy mouse and checking out the sites outside. I have
a window to look out, and I like to watch the birds and people.
Jarred and Sammy told me and Fuzz that we are going on a
road trip next Monday. I’m a little scared of that because I don’t like new
things very much, but they promised to show me the country’s largest ball of
string and I’m so excited about it, that I’m wheezing (wheeeeze wheeeeeze
wheeeeze).
Fuzz (my older brother) has been having a difficult time
adjusting to the new surroundings. Sometimes when we’re both scared he hides
with me and makes me feel better. Other times when we’re scared, he gets angry
and hisses at me…that makes me sad. I just can’t get a good handle on that guy.
My plan is to just keep being my self – my cuteness is sure to win him over
eventually!

Welcome!
Hi and welcome to our blog! I assume you found your way here because either you know Jarred, Fuzz, Oliver or me, or because you have too much free time on your hands and you were surfing through Blogger when you discovered this handsome site with zero posts and thought to yourself "this is exactly the right amount of reading material for me". Either way, again, welcome!
Why did we start this blog? There are lots of changes happening as of late, and we thought this was a good way of keeping our family and friends up to date with the goings-on in our lives. If you are asking yourself "what is going on that is so momentous they are blogging about it" let me fill you in...
JUST KIDDING! I know I got some of you with that one, and I sincerely apologize for any minor heart-attacks I might have caused, but that was too good to pass up. (note: please refer to the "About Us" section of this blog for the answer to "When are you getting married".) Ok, for real this time: "what is going on that is so momentous we are blogging about it"?
We're moving to Seattle!!
Yes, it's true! Jarred, Fuzz, Oliver and I are packing up and heading west. As we plan, pack, drive, and settle into our new city we will keep you up to date right here. We'll write as often as we are able and maybe even figure out how to post photos and video (achm...Jarred, there's your cue!). We especially welcome your comments so we feel like we're taking you all along for the journey.
Westward Ho!
